We refurbished and sell lithium ion batteries that would otherwise be sent to landfill. We also provide used tested 18650 cells for re-use.
Eco Impact facilitates the collection and processing of used lithium-ion battery packs from a variety of businesses. This reduces the amount of waste that goes to landfills, by increasing the life-span of the product as well as providing sustainable end-of-life management.
We run a FREE collection service for damaged/inadequate re-chargeable lithium-ion battery packs.
These batteries are commonly found in:

- Cordless appliances
- Laptop batteries
- Uninterrupted power supplies (UPS)
- Medical equipment i.e. Defibrillators
- Surgical tools
- Security alarms
- Mobility equipment
- Modem batteries
- E-Bikes
- E-Scooters
We also accept batteries such as lead acid and lead gel.
We provide battery storage containers for filling-up. These are interchanged every 3 months or at your request.
And again, our pick-up service is FREE.
Batteries are sent to my workshop where they are catalogued and dated. I use Digitech Infrared Thermometers and Litto Kala testing equipment to analyse performance characteristics. Unwanted batteries are sent to upcycle for appropriate, sustainable disposal.
Fit for use batteries are sorted and stored based on their capacity and quality.
